Hide Save & Close Button in SharePoint Form

Hi, I wonder if it is possible to hide the default Save & Close Button in the edit/review mode of a SharePoint item? Please see attached picture as an example. I have created save and close button in my InfoPath form so I don't want to confuse my users. Thanks!

You can hide Save under Form Options / Filler Features. But I don't know of a way to hide close.

I believe for SharePoint Lists Filler and Web Browser forms are the same.  In the Form Options, click on Web Browser. Deselecting the box "Show InfoPath commands in Ribbon or toolbar" will hide the Save & Close as well as the rest of the items on the ribbon.
