Hide / Unhide based on contents of Multiple fields

Hi, Hope you all are keeping well! I am trying to make a button unhide only if 4 boxes are ticked yes. I have set up conditional rules using the if x does not = x AND if x does not = x......... but once just one of the boxes is ticked yes then the button unhides. Does anyone have any ideas on this? It's driving me batty! Many Thanks Deiry

I think you need OR here - see the attached sample. Right click the link to the file, and save locally. Right click the saved file and select Design to open in design mode. From there you can preview and try it.
