After a person submits a form, how can I show the 'Created by' or 'Submitted by' on the form? I tried adding the Submitted by field but it is blank when the form is submitted. I can see the 'Created by' column in my document library with the name of the person who created the form, but I can't get this name to show up on the form itself. Is this possible? Thanks.

It will be blank until the form is submitted, at which point it will be populated. So when you re-open the form, does the data show?

It does not show after the form is submitted (otherwise I wouldn't be writing this, lol)

Have you tried just adding the display name from the submitted person or group field? You may have to change the data source to advanced mode if this is a list form to see that field.
