From my other posts you can see I'm trying to build a back office ticket support system where the support team take email requests then fill in a browser form to initiate the process, pass between the various steps in the process and teams etc.
I was thinking could I not make the form available in an email for the support team to send to the customer, get some key fields filled in and then progress it in the back office via browser form in SharePoint?
Has anyone implemented similar and would it work well?
Just wondering if it was possible once the customer filled in data fields and emailed it back in, how easy is it to get into the SharePoint list then ?
The customer would not be able access the SharePoint so assume this might cause extra steps necessary for the support team?
