InfoPath Dev

I created an InfoPath Form and saved it as a web based file. I uploaded it to a SharePoint library that I created. I opened the file in SharePoint and the full form open up just fine on my laptop, when another employee attempted to open the file it opened up in a condensed manner. Is that because of a problem on the form itself or do I need to change a setting in SharePoint?

So - opening the form looks fine in your browser, but not in your colleague's? Are you using the same browser? Do you both have your text settings the same? Is the form missing sections, or just displayed differently? If you could attach a screenshot under "Options" in a reply that might help :)
