SharePoint List Infopath submissiong error

Sometimes when user submit a form it will come with error but everything seems like still went through. But the error cause some confusion for user, can anyone find out what is the cause of the error? I have attached a error screen.

I've not ever seen anything like that before. Does it happen in all browsers? Can you have a SharePoint admin check the ULS logs? Is this just using the built in ribbon submit functionality?
