Please help...what is causing this error message and how do i resolve it? InfoPath cannot submit the form. An error occurred while the form was being submitted. The form cannot be submitted to the following location: http://teamsource.lennoxintl.com/proj/SupplyChainLogistics/External MD/Forms/AllItems.aspx/A151-Not In Use-TE33ST-JACI TEST.xml There is no file with URL 'http://teamsource.lennoxintl.com/proj/SupplyChainLogistics/External MD/Forms/AllItems.aspx/A151-Not In Use-TE33ST-JACI TEST.xml' in this Web. A device attached to the system is not functioning. The "A151-Not In Use-TE33ST-JACI TEST.xml is the name of the file

Looking at the error, I'd guess that the submit data connection is incorrect. I think the library URL in the form submit connection needs to be just to the library, like this: http://teamsource.lennoxintl.com/proj/SupplyChainLogistics/External MD/
