    Repeating Table Info Into E-mail

I have 3 columns in a repeating table (Agent ID, Location, Time Zone). Most forms will only have 1 or 2 entries (rows), but some may have 20. I imagine I’ll have to copy all of the information into another field (concatenated somehow) which I then promote to the document library and then somehow convert it using SP Designer so that it ends up looking like this in an e-mail:

    AB123C                 123 Somewhere, TX 77071                           Central

    12XYZZ                  456 Somewhere Else, ME 96999                 Eastern

I found 2 other posts that discussed this, but didn't understand what was going on in either. I am not a programmer. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Have you seen this webinar video? It might help you, and has a link to a kit you can download that should have some additional materials:

Success! (screen shot of the table in the e-mail)

I would like to make a couple of modifications though. The last column doesn't seem to separate the rows like the first 2 columns and I'd like some buffer space after the longest Location Address (to improve readability). Spacing is fine between the first 2 columns. I usually don't create header and body variables for e-mails, but I followed the example provided by Kaoru in her demo. Here are my results:

    Header variable: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 3.2//EN"><html><head><style type="text/css"> h3,p,tr,td {font-family:'Verdana';line-height:1.25;} td { border-color:#e0e0e0; padding: 2px 5px;} th {background:rgb(231, 235, 240); border-color:#e0e0e0; border-bottom:1px solid #abb8bd; padding: 2px 5px; font-style:italic;} a { color:#b61234; text-decoration:none; } a:visited { color:#b10069; }</style></head><body>

     Detail variable: <p><b>Detail</b></p><table border="1" style="margin-left:20px;border-collapse:collapse;border:1px solid #e0e0e0"><tr><th>Agent ID</th><th>Location Address</th><th>Time Zone</th></tr>[HTMLstring]</table>

Here is the properties String Builder for Body associated with the e-mail (screen shot):

When I view source on the sample email that you sent me, I can see that the Time Zones aren't in td elements. So, I'd guess on your HTML String, you've missed an opening and closing (or maybe just one or the other?) td elements around the time zone fields. Can you check that?
