It's a browser based form user fill that form and submit. once it is submitted after that internal team will open that same form and internal part they fill once they done they click on infopath ribbon bar save button and it is saving data but form not get to close.

Disable the Save / Save As options on the ribbon under the form options and then you can add your own "save" button that has a rule to close the form. Otherwise you are stuck w/ the default save behavior.

ok if create my own SAVE button then what rule i have to put on that but the it would be SAVE instead of SUBMIT.

Well - the button would just say "save" on it - it would use your submit data connection to submit the form to the library (which is what you want, right?) and then you can add a rule to close the form, which is what I was thinking you didn't like about the built in save button? Perhaps I misunderstood your question?
