I sent you an email via the forum so you could reply w/ your template - did you receive it? What are you naming your submitted files? Is there any chance users are using the form at the same time and overwriting each other?

Ok I have a copy of your form now. Can you give me an example of the views used where you are seeing this overwriting? There are too many views for me to look through them all. Are you confident your Event Titles are unique and don't change through the life of the form, since that is what is being used for the submitted file name? What is the process like for this form?

Starting with section C. FO (CCT Member) the first repeating table shows. The next view is HQ (CCT Member) both are two different user that can submit at different times. Yes I'm confident the event title are the same throughout the form because in the library the title remain the same. The process goes there are four events that users can submit to the library and once it gets submitted to the library the there's six users who receive it and start adding employees who like to attend. The problem I'm having is when one of the six try to add there employees it erasing the rest.

Like you said - these are bound to different groups. So the only thing I can think of is that they are using the form at the same time and whoever submits last wins. Perhaps turn versioning on in the library so you can see if that's what happening? I'm assuming you are re-checking the same views to see that the employees that were entered are now gone? You could also check the XML itself - download it and open in notepad.

Version history is turned on and I can see when user A submit and when user b submit by modified date. They aren't submit at the same because I play the role user b and wait for a to submit then I submit. I have to figure out how to check the XML.

I check out the XML and it match "fields" section. What strange is just the repeating table get overwrite and the other fields remain the same.

Are you using this in the browser? Or the filler? In the XML - is the data gone there too? The form doesn't have code. It isn't possible to remove repeating nodes via rules - I've got no idea what's going on. When you test, you make sure the form has been submitted prior to opening as the next user?

The form is browser based. I've check the XML of the template, do I need to use open with explorer inside document library in SharePoint and check the XML from there?

Just download one of the files from the library and email it to me - one where you've seen this issue.
