hello everyone, in this link Laura have good example for repeating table autofill from xml file https://www.infopathdev.com/forums/t/38668.aspx but ı want to fill it from sharepoint list. so when i change the list and create new from data will be new. when i control Laura's file and see xdXDocument:GetDOM("States")/states/state/@name[../@abbreviation = current()] and xdXDocument:GetDOM("States")/states/state[count(current()/../preceding-sibling::my:group2) + 1]/@abbreviation Actualy i couldn't understand thats why i couldn't create my own. I try this but its not work xdXDocument:GetDOM("invoice")/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:SharePointListItem_RW/d:Title[count(current()/../preceding-sibling::my:group2) + 1]/@invoicenumber

You'd probably need to add some rows by default - I'm having trouble understanding this post, but if you are using this technique to effectively "copy" a repeating table to the main data source, open the Data tab on the ribbon and select default values. Then add as many rows as you think you'll need to your repeating group. Finally, in your form, add conditional formatting to hide "blanks".

Hello Hilary, Thank you for your reply. Actually I want to do autofill like attachment. You create it before i found it. But this example read data from XML file. When you preview file XML lines autmatically create repeating table lines. This is perfect. I just want to same think but data not read from XML file data read from Sharepoint list. Because sharepoint list will be dynamic. But xml file is static. I can read from sharepoint list but everytime only one line come with repeating table. if i press "add row" link than second data come from sharepoint list. i don't want to press "add row" link. i want if sharepoint list have 15 lines my repating table autmatically create 15 lines and read data from sharepoint list. Best Regards.

You need to add default rows for this technique - which means making your best guess as to how many rows will be returned from your list. Under Data in the ribbon, defaults, you'll see this sample form has a number of rows already present. So - the difference between my form and yours is not the source of the data, but that my form has rows in the table by default.
