InfoPath in Form Library from Template Site

Here#%92s one that must have come up before, but I don#%92t see it yet:

We have a WSS site designed for project team collaboration, containing a form library for status reports. Then we made a template of this site. For each new project, we'll make a new site using that template.

Now, on a newly created site, when someone fills in the Status Report form in InfoPath, the Submit button sends it back to the template site, not the newly created site. Of course this is because the submit function was set up for the specific form library on the template site. But that is not the desired behavior.

How can we create an InfoPath form in a SharePoint Form Library so that when sites are created from templates of that library, the InfoPath forms in the library automatically know how to submit back to the new site?

If this requires custom coding, it would be great to see some sample code, if only for some other type of submission. Naturally I#%92m trying to find the simplest answer.

I am assuming for this you are submitting the form with custom code and if you are you can have a field on your form or maybe a drop down with the templates and the user can choose where it should go. Then in your code make the PUT parameter dynamic based on the users input.

It should be easy if you are already using custom code.
