I need to create a web part page that does the following
1) InfoPath form web part that hosts a form that contains a drop down list of all students contained in a list.
2) InfoPath form web part that hosts a form that shows details for that student (phone #, address, age etc.)
I have built the forms multiple times, they all work well but I have not been able to publish them in a way that I can add them to the web part. I have published them as content type to a form library, a document library and every other place that will take them. I have created them as content type directly from the list, I have changed the view names, etc etc etc. Nothing seems to work except...I did it by accident once but I have no idea how. The bottom line is that they cannot be default display, edit, new forms for the list.
Think database!! This will simply be a page that has a dropdown list of students where the user selects a student, submits, the details for that student are displayed.
Can anyone help?
