i have two lists 'неправилности/налаз' and 'конто'. the list 'конто' has 1003 record. in the list 'неправилности/налаз' i created infopath form and i made two data connections on list 'конто' . i tryed that resolve slow load with query data connection rule using link https://wonderlaura.com/2011/08/01/infopath-query-specific-sharepoint-list-data/comment-page-1/, but nothing. then i tryed with REST Web service, i used link https://sharepoint.stackexchange.com/questions/184940/how-can-i-use-rest-api-to-filter-using-multiple-columns-in-userinformationlist . i created rule concat("http://test-net.dri.local/_vti_bin/listdata.svc/КонтниПлан?$filter=РачуноводственаОснова eq ", Рачуноводствена основа), but when i set sign $ i receive error

when i remove sign $ rule is working but without filter.
