Hello. I have a client requesting "Attach a file" rather than "Click here to attach a file." Is there any way to do this using a button with xpath and conditional rules?

I don't believe so, but I may not be understanding what your question is? Do you want to change the text on the file attachment control? I don't think that is possible. But if you want to hide the file attachment control unless a button is clicked, that would be possible.... of course, then your users have two clicks to attach a file instead of one.
