 Is there any way to create a Hyperlink from the Encoded Absolute URL? Instead of a long, ugly link like this

http://www.www.www.com/Colorado%20Tax%20Reports/Colorado%20Tax%20Reports%20no.%20655,%204-10-2019.pdf

I'd like to have the link like this"

Inside the form? Sure - from the Insert menu, click Insert Hyperlink. You can set the link text to the word "here" and you can use a data source field for the value. If you don't already have a field with the link in it, you can add one to your main data source.
