Margins in View 1 default

I set the margins in View 1 which is the default and only View I have. When users print the form, the margins they get are left-right .75 whereas I have set them to .3 in the template.

What am I doing wrong?

Print margins are different than view margins. Go to the View Properties dialog box, and take a look at the tab that has printer settings on it.
