Hi All, I have a list in which preferred date is a choice column with 15th April, 25 April, 30 april. I have to restrict users to submit the entries upto 50 not more than per date. Let's say there are already fifty entries for 15 April, we should not allow user to submit the entry and show message saying that there are already fifty entries can't be more that, please select other date. I guess what I would do is on the submit rules run a query to get back all the rows that match on date, and then use the count function to determine if this should be allowed to submit. If you have trouble with the date format for the query put the query and data fields on the form with a button to run the query, for test purposes, and try a variety of formats - you may need to include time: 2019-04-15T00:00:00 for example.
