How to sent to Different Recipients with button submit

Hi: This is my first time to use InfoPath and I am using InfoPath 2013 to create a Travel Request Form for my workplace. The form is completed and I have one problem with the submit button, it only allow me to send the request to one person. However, my workplace has 5 supervisors (they are different department) and each employee will send the request to his/her supervisor. So, I would like the form to be emailed to different supervisor. For example, let's say with the drop down box/ multiple selection box listed 5 supervisors. If I select Supervisor 1 and click Submit, then the form will be emailed to Supervisor 1 (and so on) Is there any way to do it? I tried to follow this thread https://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/30482/104516.aspx. But it doesn’t work out for me I think the problem is " add a field called "To" "- I created a text box and named it txtTo but I do not know what rules to set this field. Please help with pictures or video. Thanks P/s: let me know if you don’t get the question. I am bad at explaining stuff :D

Do you mind attaching your form? You can attach a template under the Options tab & I can help you directly with it. Otherwise - if you have a dropdown with the supervisors, if the value for the drowdown is the supervisor email, you can just set up your submit to use that field for the "to" value.

Save the linked file locally and then right click and select design to open in design mode. I changed your email connection to use field7 for the To address. I also added a sample dropdown where the display is a name (made up) and the value is an email (also made up). Hopefully this will give you some ideas for how you might implement this. :)

Could you please show me how to do that? I tried to look rules and other stuff to figure out how you done that but I have no luck. On the other hand, could you please remove your file? forgot to remove some things that related to my workplace before I send the file to you :D. Thanks

File is removed. If you walk through your submit data connection (Data Connections > select the submit connection > click Modify) when you get to the place where you set up "To" and so on, you can click the fx button to select a form field - that's what I did. In the dropdown, if you right click it, and select the dropdown properties, you can see where I added the names / values. Let me know if you need more info :)

     Thanks.

I have an additional question about Option Button. Is there any way to make the Option Button in Square not Round?

Nope - you could make your own by using checkboxes and a ton of rules, but I would not recommend it. :)

    Hi:

I was wondering if there is a way to populate the Cc:/Bcc: and Subject areas?

Add fields in your form for the Bcc / Cc / Subject. Change the email data connection to use the form fields for those fields in the data connection. Use rules to set the fields prior to submit.

     Thanks.

Please take a look at the new version of this form. I don't know what rules to set.

Looks like you have it set up right - the submit connection uses your new fields. You have the fields on the form, so if you want the user to enter the cc / bcc, they can. Under submit options, you can also change the submit to use rules - then you can add rules to set the subject, set other fields, and finally email.
