     I have a SP List that I customized the New Item form with InfoPath. I want to Link to the New Item form from a webpage and not from the SP New Item link.

      How do I determine the actual URL of the InfoPath form? I know I can put the form on a webpage with a Form webpart, but I need to link to the actual form.
