I have a form with cascading drop downs. I have one field to choose location type, then a drop down is supposed to appear to select from a list of locations. The form in design view shows the drop down on the form, however, when I preview or try and submit a new form, the field shows as a text field. How can I fix this? I've tried editing to add choices and also looking up selections from a list on the SharePoint site. No matter what I do, the fields is shown as text instead of drop down
