I have two fields (both being Yes/No check boxes). One is "Action Required" and the other is "Closed Out".
I need a rule that specifies when a user selects No for "Action Required", it automatically sets "Closed Out" as Yes.
As a complete newbie I've no idea how to do this, though it seems like it should be the easiest thing in the world. In clicking through all the rules I can't figure out how to do a simple if/then formula, or what the equivalent is. Please help
