Display attachments from custom list to task approval form

Hi all really i have big issue with the attachments item in the custom list, i need to display the attachments from the custom list form to the approval task form in order to check the attachments in the same form which is in the task edit form as i know the approval infoPath form dose not contain attachments control also i not able to display the attachments with secondary connection its display the same image url please any help

I'm not sure if I understand your question... but can you add a secondary data connection to your custom list in the task form? Are the attachments pictures?
