Hi, I have a form with 3 fields say when envi type = Dedicated, the flds application name, start and end dates. The form has to query the list and check if the application with same name, start and end date exists. If exists throw error else route for approval. How to query the combination of 3 flds at once in infopath 2010?

Since you are looking for a single item where all three fields match, you should be able to just use the query fields in your list connection. Have you tried that and had an issue?
