Getting started with Infopath and Sharepoint Online

Does anyone know of any good guides to help me get start creating forms that go through an approval process? I have a form that I created that I want to get emailed when submitted by a user and then the emailee either approves or denies the form. Once approved it should then get submitted to a document library folder and a read copy go to another email address. This does not seem difficult but I am unsure of how to proceed after the form has been designed. I am using a SP list that I created as my data source.

What part of this process is supported by the list? Are you able to use MS Flow? Does the form actually have to be emailed, or can you just send an email with some data from the form?

The list provides the items and their locations to the form. I have been trying to get it done with MS Flow but I am having trouble including the form in that process. Just some of the data from the form has to be sent in the email.

So - I would promote the form fields to the library the form submits to with the data I need in the Flow. I'd set the Flow trigger to be when an item is created or modified in the library - maybe add a status field for tracking if you need to only start the Flow when the form is a specific state (like you could default it to New, and then update to Approved once the item has been approved). In the Flow itself you could include a link to open the form from the library if the user wanted to see the form? Or just include the necessary info from the promoted fields in the description in the Flow approval.
