Can anyone help me. I have a repeating table in my InfoPath form but I want each line to be displayed as an individual Item on the SharePoint site. Not sure if this is possible or if the only way is to concat it and then have it appear in a textbox on the SharePoint.

I have attached a sample form.

You can concatenate to the library the forms save to by promoting the data in the repeating table as merged. When you promote a column from a repeating data source, the default for strings is first, I believe, but you can change that to merge, which will give you a semi-colon delimited list. If you need to create a separate list item for each row you'll need to use CAML, code or qRules - you may also be able to use SharePoint workflow (or MS Flow, if on Office 365) to parse the semi-colon delimited info into individual items.

What would be the CAML or code to accomplish this? Where would I put that code at?

Here is a thread on using CAML for this: http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/t/26246.aspx

Just in case you are using Office 365 Browser forms, you should know that this approach won't work there because they don't allow access to the lists web service from browser forms. Neither will code, since sandboxed forms are deprecated on Office 365.

I am using Office 2016. But I am assuming my best option would be SharePoint workflow (or MS Flow, if on Office 365) to parse the semi-colon delimited info into individual items. Correct?

I think that would likely be simplest.... I've not done this w/ SharePoint workflow, but I'd think MS Flow would make quick work of it. Are you using an On-Prem SharePoint server? Or Office 365 / SharePoint online?

     On a SharePoint server online.

Ok - so you probably have access to MS Flow. I'd start there - it is much more flexible and powerful than SharePoint Workflow Designer.

It is possible on repeating table info, to write an Excel Power Query, store the Excel on the same site as IP library, and then expand the merged data into individual rows.  I have done this in SPO with just Excel Power Query.

i cannot provide a screenshot as it is on a secured server however.  Below are the steps of my Query, the added custom, and expand steps are for the merged data fields to split them into individual rows.  After expanded to individual rows, you remove the merged columns, then rename your expanded columns to be the new column names of the merged fields.
