InfoPath Dev

Hello, I have a SharePoint Online list that is using InfoPath. I have some questions which must be answered before closing a form. Some users can see the red squares around radio buttons and red asterisks in other fields. Others can not. It seems to be random. Many of the users are on the same network, have the same device, and use the same browser. I've attached what users should be seeing. In many cases, the red-dashed squares are missing despite the validation rules being in place. Thank you.

Wow - I've not run into that before. Could it be some other browser setting causing this? Maybe have an affected user test with a different browser to see what happens?

I have not experience that before.When next you encounter such an issue, you can add a formatting rule on the submit button

Condition will be - "Field is blank",

Then check the - "Hide this control".

Make sure you add an instruction above all the fields - "All fields are compulsory to enable the submit button before submission". This will better guide users.
