I have a Drop-down field in InfoPath form. When Drop-down field is loaded I want to set the first item of the Drop-down field to a text field. Any one knows how to set first item of the Drop-down field to a text field?

What is the data source for the dropdown list? If XML, you could intentionally leave the first node blank, and then set that blank item to the value in your text box. If a SharePoint List, I suppose you could also have a blank item... You will probably need some helper fields in the 2ds to make that happen without accidentally setting all the values.
