I'm creating a sign up sheet for my company. In short I have several locations, each with unique time frames, and each time frame has a limited number of slot options. These limited slot options would reset every day. I have built a SharePoint data library that contains all of these details. As each Employee registers for a specific location and time frame the number of available slots should be reduced by 1.
- I'm familiar with the email data connection to respond to the Crewmember who signed up
- I'm familiar with the SharePoint data connection to track the number of Employees who signed up
- I just don't know how to create a relationship between a SharePoint list and InfoPath form to auto populate the "available spots" in the InfoPath form from the updated SharePoint list count
- If this is possible to do without code it would be even better
