Hi All I am in a situation where when a form is submitted, it needs to update a sharepoint list(which it does) and also email specifc people depending on the location chosen. I have set up an "email" field where if a location is chosen in the location field, a rule will make the value of the email field the recipients email address depending on the location choose, however no matter what kind of actions I choose, I can only manage to update the SharePoint list and not send the email. I am new to this info-path application so details would be appreciated. Please help. Cheers

How are you sending the email? From the form itself? What are your submit rules? Or are you using workflow?

Hi Its from the form itself. I set up an e-mail field and created a load of rules in the location field where if a specific country was chosen to set the "email" value to the recipients email address

Resolved the issue with Multiple rules
