Can't Submit to SharePoint Document Library

The issue is when I click submit, it states it was submitted successfully but I don't see any files in the URL I specified. I'm able to publish my document to my Sharepoint server to my root directory of my URL. ("http://example.com/") For the submit button I've tried creating a library, a new site, but still no document being generated ("http://example.com/sites/Site/Library") as well as changing the button to point to the root directory (same place I publish to). I'm sure there are other posts like this, but I tried making them the same and it's not working.

You'll want your submit connection to use the URL of the library where you want items submitted - http://server/sites/site/Library, as per your sample. Generally, your form is published to the same library, unless it is a content type.

Re: Can't Submit to SharePoint Document Library

So my files were published through the Adminstrator-approved form template. To the location of http://server/ . My submit button also points to http://server/. Is this not work based on my current settings? Do I need to publish my form through another option? I changed the publish and the button to both the http://server/sites/site/Library. However, when I did my Administrator-approved form template, it showed up with the other templates not in the sites//site/Library (where I thought I wanted it to go). But when I hit submit, it worked. I'm learning all of this as I go, and I guess everything wasn't clear for publishing InfoPath forms and where I would see them. Thanks for your help!

Ah - I'd forgotten about admin approved. :) So - your submit needs to use the library you want your forms in. With an admin approved template, you are using content types, so your library will be set to use that content type. But as you've learned - these things can be configured separately.

Indeed! However I'm now getting the following error: The following location is not accessible, because it is in a different site collection: http://server/FormServerTemplates/file.xsn. Thoughts?

Need more info, I'm afraid. When do you get the error? On submit? Or when you try to open?

So - you open the library you submitted the filled out form to in a web browser, try to open the filled out form, and get that error?

Sorry for the double post but I noticed you didn't reply. When I open up the form on the Sharepoint server. The error message details says. "This form template is not currently browser enabled"

I'm not sure what to suggest. It sounds as if the XML you are opening isn't referring to the browser enabled template you've published. Perhaps check the relink view in the library and make sure the URL to the template is correct?
