I'm creating a sign up sheet for my company with multiple options to select, each with a limited number of available spots. As each Employee submits a form to sign up I would like for the number of slots to be reduced by 1.
- I'm familiar with the email data connection to respond to the Crewmember who signed up
- I'm familiar with the SharePoint data connection to track the number of Employees who signed up
- I just don't know how to create a relationship between a SharePoint list and InfoPath form to auto populate the "available spots" in the InfoPath form from the updated SharePoint list count
