I have infopath from published to sharepoint library, i promoted only 4 fields while publishing and added some items in library, Now i have promoted 2 more fields for library and published.For already existing items in library i am getting only blank values while opening library, anyway while filling we are getting all fields to be filled, from where now i get my already filled values for existing item

Go to Library Settings -> Click on Relink all documents -> This will display all the XMLs submitted. In the ribbon - click on "Relink All" Relink feature updates all XMLs with the latest version of XSN published.
