    Extreme newbie question on clear button

    Using InfoPath 2003 and have a simple form with a few text boxes.
    I have created a button thats action is 'rules and custom code'

    On click I want it to clear a textbox. I have set up the form to use vbscript.

    How do I reference this textbox while editing form code?

    Hi Kurto and welcome to the infopath forums,

    XDocument.DOM.selectSingleNode("/my:myFields/my:field1").text = ""
    Here reference the text box with its field name, below i mentioned it as field1
