    order of operation

    Good morning all

I have a code non-code question so I not sure where to put it.

    Question is :

What is the order of operation when a form starts up?
Does the OnLoad start and then the "Opening Rules" what is the order, and also does submit happen first an then retrieves in order of operations.

    Reddy,

sorry... early here... second part is
if you have a rule and you have two actions in the rule
submit and query a data connection

is here an order of operation other then first in first out

    example
submit using a data connection: submit new form
query using a data connection: get new form

would these rule happen in this order or would the guery happen and then submit..

thanks again for all your help

The actions happen sequentially, so the Submit would happen first. There is also an option to "Stop processing rules after this one" that you can check out.
