Making a copy of a view in Infopath 2010

I've read a few questions and answers about this but so far I haven't found a way to make it work.

I've designed an InfoPath 2010 form for Suspending people so it emails the appropriate groups and has quite a few other rules associated with the form. Now what I want to do is make two copies of that view in the same template so I can set up separate views to perform Transfers and Terminations. Since they are both similar to the Suspensions view I want to keep all of the rules and fields and then change what needs to be changed to make it specific to it's function. So far, when I've tried to copy the view using Ctrl A, Ctrl C and Ctrl V, it loses some of the rules and some of the fields. I feel as though I would have to go line by line to find the missing items and it seems like I should be able to just make a complete copy of the first view. Is there another way to copy the view?

Yeah, I've had this happen too, and it is frustrating. But I don't know of a work around. If you were to just copy the view in the source files, that still wouldn't add the rules to the manifest. What is most frustrating is that this used to work... what version of Windows / InfoPath are you using?

Thanks Hilary, I am using Windows 7 and InfoPath 14.0.7184.5000. I actually designed another form where I hide the sections that are not applicable based on option buttons selected which works out too but I liked the idea of switching views and keeping everything applicable in a view. Since it's not looking like that will work I will continue on with the one hiding sections.

Yeah, I like more views with less scrolling in design mode too.... But I do end up using long single views with lots of show / hide myself. I put colored expression boxes (with the condition to always hide - the expression with 1 entered in the expression field works well) to help me know what's what in design mode....
