I have been given a task that when a user accesses a form, the form looks at a list in SP and adds the next number after the previous number. The kicker to this is that the list is done based off the year value. So for 2017, the first item would be 17-01 and go up until 1/1/18, then then numbering changes to 18-01. Any assistance anyone has will be awesome. Thank you in advance.
