SP 2013 setup feature lost when content DB's were cleaned up for qRules injected forms

We did a major cleanup of all our content DB's.  (Test Content DB)

The content DB that had qRules version 7injected forms, shows (3) errors for a Missing Feature.  The Feature was identified as a SharePoint 2010 feature, but we are on SharePoint 2013 - The orphaned features were removed from the content DB.  Now, none of the qRules inject forms will open.  These are admin approved forms and deployed through Central Administration.  I attempted to re-deploy the form, and the errors still occur.  I even removed its content type from the site, and re-deployed the form as a new approved form, and added the content type and the error still exists.

I found the feature folders in our 14hive template / features folder on the server.

How to I get my forms back in shape now.  Can the forms be re-injected and then re-deploy?

    Content DB error from TestContentDB.

“missing features” where removed through a powershell script

We did not know at the time that these features are attached to the (3) qRules injected forms.

Now when I try to open one of the forms, I get an error with a correlation ID:  Here’s the error from our logs

Do your forms work in preview? I think you are saying that you entirely removed the forms from the site, then re-uploaded them as admin deployed from Central Admin? I'd expect that to work even if the old versions had issues due to database clean up.
