Hi guys.
We've migrated from SP2010 to SP2016 and we're encountering an issue when opening forms in which the user who created the form (created by) is inactive.
During migration, we used a "dummy account" in place of users who are inactive in the AD (people who left the company). In views, it's displaying the "dummy account" but once the form is opened, people picker still contains the inactive user information and is looking for its' details.
Apparently, they decided to go check these old entries to close/edit them, hence the error message when they tried to open the form.
Any suggestions on how this can be fixed?
