    Export Issues post upgrade

I have a form I developed in InfoPath 2010 that has been published to SharePoint 2010 and users submit to a document library there. My company recently upgraded me to Office 2016 and InfoPath 2013 (to continue support for existing InfoPath projects). I had been able to export the data from the forms in the SharePoint 2010 document library to Excel 2010 for reporting.  However since the upgrade, when I try to export to Excel 2016 from InfoPath 2013 I get an error that Export to Excel requires either Excel 2003 or 2007.  As I mentioned I used to be able to export to Excel 2010 without issue.  Is anyone aware of any known issues or have any recommendations?  Thank you.

So - this is when you try to export to Excel from InfoPath? or when you try to open the list in Excel from SharePoint in the browser? I use InfoPath 2013 & Office 2016 and just tried exporting data from a form to Excel from InfoPath & didn't have any issue.... Reading your post more closely, it does sound like you are talking about export to Excel from InfoPath. What version of Windows are you using? And are you using 32- or 64-bit Office?

This is Windows 10 and all software is 64-bit. I have been working with my helpdesk on this and the only resolution we were able to come up with was to install Excel 2013 on my PC.

     Interesting - I'm Windows 10 & 64 bit. I'm including a screenshot w/ version info.
