I have a form that requires digital signatures to be obtained while my techs are at customer locations. At times they will not have access to internet. I recently explored changing the whole form to Adobe but the cost was outside of what we were willing to do at this time. We are currently working on paper copies, my techs are taking pictures of signed forms and emailing them in as soon as they have signal. I would like to take my company out of the paper world. I have already written a working form that can go to through all aspects of our business but the digital signatures problem is keeping me from completing it.
Any suggestions? ideas?
Options already explored include
- Formutus- They have a limitaiton on the size of the form and capabilties it can do. I didnt like it so I did not continue after the trial period.
- Adobe- Brought a large sales team, followed by a large price, they told me they could do everything I wanted but I could not sell the cost.
- Infopath- looks like they only have internal digital signatures, my signatures are from customers.
