Redirect to another page after submitting a form ("Edit Existing Item")

    Dear Community,

I want to have users redirected to another page after they submit an Infopath form. The standard approach would be to add a ?source parameter to the URL that I would give users.

However, users shall not create new items, but only edit existing items from a SharePoint list (around 150 different items). I can't indicate the URL for every item so that approach would not be feasible.

Do you know of another approach to realize this?

How do users find the items they wish to edit? In the list itself? I'm wondering about having a link to the item w/ the source param appended in the list for them to click to open the edit form, so you could use a calculation to get the right ID for the URL.

     Thank you for the response!

We had one of our developers achieving this redirect via implementing some jQuery Code, therefore we are good with it for now.

Can you share the jQuery code?
