Printing a page within a form (without code ?)

I have an InfoPath 2010 form with multiple pages tied to a SharePoint 2010 list.  Users can move from page to page with buttons.

I'd like to create the means to print one of the pages (without the header and footer info you get by right-click print).  Optimally, I could select the output to PDF.

Can it be done?  Could it be a "print" button?  Could the "File, Print" menu you see in any other application be made to appear?

    I'm open to suggestions.

    Thank you in advance?

    Not without code, I'm afraid.
