Question
How do I prevent users from deleting existing digital signatures?

Background:
A] The project is in VB.net (IDE is visual studio)
B] There are 2 sections in the form, section1 and section2
C] Section1 is where users enter data
D] Section2 is where they add signatures (more than one allowed)
E] If Section2 is signed then I have made all fields in section1 as readonly
F] Within Section2 I have OnBeforeChange handler with code as below:
If e.Operation = "delete" Then
e.ReturnStatus = False
Else
'Do Nothing
End If

Inspite of the above code users can delete old signatures.

Any tips why and how to prevent them from doing so.

Correction

Please add the OnBeforeChange handler code to the "signatureN" group where the signature is stored, not to the section you are signing.

In other words (my excample) browse to :

Tools - Form Options - Digital Signatures - "Enable digital signature for specific data" - Modify/Add

Note the "Store signatures in the following group" value. It will be a read only value, eg /my:myFields/my:signature3/my:signature4

Add the code above into that particular group.

And now the thing works.

Please any body tell me how to disable the digital signatures from being deleted using C# code.
