I am trying to open an infoPath form but kept on getting an error:

'That assembly does not allow partially trusted callers. Bla, bla, bla ...'

So in design mode I allowed Full Access and digiatally signed it with a certificate from my machine. All worked great until I published the form to SharePoint and my certificate was not recognized.

Does anybody have an idea what I should do?

I don't know if this is the correct way but 1 solution I found was to intall the certificate created on my machine on other client machine.

You don't want to use Full Trust. It's just a bad idea because it complicates deployment (you have to install certificates). Where are you publishing to when you get the error message? Try publishing to a website using Domain Trust and then opening from that website (double click on XSN) or click Fill Out a Form for SharePoint.
