I have created a Fully trusted form that is packaged up in and EXE.
1. Create the form, with full-trust.
2. Use regform to create and MSI. You will need .net
3. Use a program from Microsoft (which is free) named "Orca" to make the changes needed to the MSI, I couldnt get .NET to open the MSI without issue.
4. Use CPAU from
http://www.joeware.net/win/free/tools/cpau.htm freeware to create the process of installing the MSI for all users with a desktop shortcut, and using a admin account to do just that.(This can be tricky but works awsome.)
5. After you have done all this then take everything you have and package them into a winzip package.
6. Take the winzip package and create a EXE , which winzip can make if it is a registered product.
7. Create a weblink to this EXE on an intranet page, or let people know where its at on the network.
I hope this helps. I know i went around and around trying to figure out how i was going to have an install that any user can install at any given time. So far so good
