InfoPath does not support Long data types

I'm trying to build an InfoPath form around a Service Request Access Database. One of the fields is a notes section where they can put any pertinent notes pertaining to the request. However, when I try to build the InfoPath form with that database, it says I can't submit data because it doesn't support Long data types...Wha?? The field it is talking about is a memo field in Access. I can't use a text field because they are limited to 255 characters. How can I have a note in InfoPath and have it submit that note if it is over 255 characters?

    Thanks for any help!

This is an unfortunate limitation. To get around this you will need to have a web service between your form and your database.
