InfoPath Dev

 I have two two task fields named attitude1 and attitude2 in my workflow. Both are of type drop down and they contain following values:

attitude1

one
two
three
four

attitude2

one
four 

These fields are being displayed on form and when user selects any value from drop down and press button to submit, only attitude1 value is saved. You know after submitting if you open the same form again then it shows you previously submitted data. That form is shown blank value for attitude2 field. I have also checked Tasks list and even that doesn't contain value for attidude2 task field. It is blank.

How to fix this issue? 

 By the way workflow is created in SPD and it uses standard approval task forms.

 I tested on production and it is working fine. The issue is on dev so at least not a big issue.
