Can I create a rule that - if checkbox is true auto-populated 'Inspection Findings' field with "No Deficiencies Found During Inspection"?
As per the other thread - if the user clicks the checkbox, add a rule to set the other field. If the checkbox defaults to true, you'll have to use other logic for this - maybe a form load rule?
