Dear forum members I need your help in Infopath 2013. I've created a form in order to alert different security teams on remote sites in my company. The form contains, among other, a drop-down list box with all remote site and a multiple-selection list box with all my technicians. I want to parametered submit option to change dynamically email options as below To: Security email address defined for each sites Cc : address group defined for each sites + email of each technician selected in multiple-selection list box. The goal is to shared one form for my techncians which will be sent to different persons/teams depending on selections in form. Hope you understand what I mean (sorry for my english) Thanks for help

 Here is a sample that may give you some ideas. Save the file locally. Right click and select Design to open in Design mode. From there you can take a look at the formulas for the To and CC values in the email submit connection. The emails are dummies - you can preview and click submit so you can see what the fields would be set to.

Very strange, email sent from infopath form didn't include my default signature Outlook. However, this signature is set by default in my preferences

I don't think it will include your signature.

I'm sorry - I don't know what you mean. If your requirement is that the user's email signature be included, I think you may be out of luck - I suppose you could add something to the form design that looks like the signature you want, but I assume you'll have a number of users of this form, not just yourself?
